Negotiated 76 changes for less than 2% of contract amount saving client $2.6 M over proposed value.Assumed project leadership to turn around 9 troubled campus projects including a multi-purpose Pyramid Sports Complex arena, a nursing building/medical laboratory remodel, and two gymnasium renovations at California State University Long Beach. Negotiated and resolved 375 disputed changes for $2.8M less than claimed value and mitigated delays to complete contracts without litigation at $2.56M below anticipated cost by opening day.
