ACs, cold & hot water zone, sub-station-1250KVA, diesel generator-0.8MW, fire detection & protection & water treatment plant-60 m³/day, STP, swimming pool & jacuzzi, sauna, laundry, all types of gym & kitchen equipment, chillers & freezers etc. after adopting routine & non-routine maintenance schedule. Also responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of construction works (expansion) with detail layout design, drafting, estimation, coordination, execution, compliance inspection and related services. Monitoring all civil works speciallly fair face finishing of constructed buildings & waterproofing, exterior & interior works. Also, directing & supervising all electrical high, medium & low voltage wiring (for fire detection, alarm & protection, CCTV, CATV, PA system & intercom), data cabling and fixtures installation. Moreover, I supervised the hot & cold water system wiring, fire hydrant pipeline building, installation of geysers, WTP & booster pumps and coordinate the MEP systems.
