  taking the perspective of Korean corporation Samsung, the business case was to develop a longterm and shortterm strategy to answer the threatposed by Apple. In a team with Laura Mierzal, Johanna-Karoline Hartinger and Benjamin Gaulier we won the second place at this case competition.

  Project Manager and Open Innovation Development Officer:- Creation of Council-wide Innovation Structure proposal. Management of six students.- Consolidation of an Open Innovation challenge methodology for the City of Edinburgh Council (CEC).- Challenge structuration (market analysis, etc.) and funding applications development.- Creation of the procurement documentation for a new UK PPI procurement route: the innovation partnership, with support from Burness Paull, the internal CEC procurement stakeholders and Scottish Government stakeholders. Actions implemented included for example:> Definition of the innovation partnership structure (number of negotiations, etc.)> Consolidation of the documentation (intellectual property rights clauses, etc.)> Management of all stakeholders to reach finalisation and validation of the documentation.- Project Manager for Driver Innovation Safety Challenge on behalf of Edinburgh Trams. Actions implemented included:> Project management tasks (change management plan, project plan, etc.)> Creation of first version of the technical specifications and test protocol, in coordination with the DISC technical advisors, and Edinburgh Trams project manager and technical experts.> Implementation of an extended market analysis for the selection of the DISC procurement route.> Identification of technical advisors for the challenge.> Creation, in collaboration with the Edinburgh Trams project manager, of the DISC framework, with an estimated value of £3.5 m and 14 Authorities involved.> Stakeholders management (Project Board, CEC procurement team, etc.)> Communication.> Ongoing construction of a DISC website (wireframes, communication content).
