  I worked from 1995 -1999 as a Field Research Biologist/Naturalist Guide at Programme For Belize. From 1999- 2010 I worked as a Freelance Naturalist Guide then opened my own Tour Operator business Balaam Eco Adventures. I have been in tourism since 1995 for more than 15 years..
