      Responsible for managing Mobile projects for Citigroup's North America Consumer Business & Global Mobile Product development. Extensive experience working with multiple lines of Citi businesses including CitiMortgage, Citibank, Citi Cards, Citi Mobile & Digital and multiple vendors such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple & Google. Developed expertise in Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Poker planning.• North America ApplePay- Managed projects for multi-million dollar Global Enterprise Payment Technology program including Apple Pay integration with Apple, MasterCard, Amex and Visa. Project provided ability to use single touch to pay with a Citi credit or debit card using iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. It was one of the largest efforts in Emerging Payments scape in 2014 in terms of size and complexity; spanned across multiple LOBs and included ~20 IT resource groups. • Citi Mobile Apple Pay Offers- The project intended to market offers and incentives to Citi Apple Pay customers. Part of the North America ApplePay program, ApplePay Offers was delivered using agile project management methodology. Project used Rational Team Concert for agile planning and execution. The project was initiated late for the intended release with complex dependencies on competing mobile projects, but was delivered successfully on time with, low defect rate and within budget. Practiced backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, daily standups, impediment removal. Ensured the development teams practiced the Agile principles. Completed product demonstrations, retrospectives, and resolve action items. Assisted Product Owner with Backlog maintenance Show less • Online Mortgage Request (OMR)- Managed this strategic project for CitiMortgage involving design and development of online mortgage application request for buying or refinancing a home. The project was intended to enhance the existing application process on the CitiMortage website to increase online lead generation and conversions. This project was successfully executed using agile methodology over 10 2-week sprints.• CitiMortgage-Citibank Website Integration-Managed the first phase of multi-phase, multi-million dollar initiative to migrate CitiMortgage functionality into Citibank Online website. The Migration effort involves 5 different organizational development teams and includes completely revamped content-rich experience. The project was highly complex, spanning multiple lines of business and several cross functional teams. Project was delivered on time and budget.• Mortgage Assistance Tool First Payments Received- Led this troubled project midway through successful implementation. Project was very complex with changing business requirements and time critical. It was running behind schedule and facing high number of defects. Ran daily team working sessions with the IT and business teams to contain the scope following appropriate change management procedures and regular project demos.• Payment Change Notification projects- Executed multiple business critical Path to Green (P2G) projects for Real estate lending business. P2G was Citi’s response to supplemental letter from the OCC in regards to consent order. These projects were time sensitive and involved working closely with Citi Financial application development teams and BI, to source payment change notifications data. Show less Managed the development and maintenance of cutting edge Web Applications at CitiMortgage, Inc. involved in estimation, team productivity, team formation, and product improvement and opportunities for creating and capturing business value.• Citi Online Mortgage Request portal- Led the end-to-end offshore management & delivery of a new online mortgage request portal to enhance the user experience while buying/refinancing a home. This project was designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing retail portal, replace any third-party tools, capture maximum online data, reduce CSR (customer service rep.) work load, and improve navigation / analytics. Project was highly complex and was delivered on time and budget.• Mortgage Assistance Tool- Led the solution delivery of a major strategic initiative of the CitiMortgage Retail & Servicing portal to re-align and revive the mortgage business from the sub-prime crisis. The project underwent major redesigns, enhanced customer experience, integration of multiple platforms and vendor products, resulting in the reduction of failed assets and improved mortgage sales.• CitiMortgage Web Strategy Program- Managed and implemented multiple phases of Web Strategy Program targeted at strategic enhancements to Citimortgage.com (retail and servicing) to increase web sales and revenue and improving brand presence. In addition, developed enhancements to the servicing website providing online self-service features. Successfully managed 3 of the Phases with a team of 15+ people to deliver the projects on time with little variance in estimates. • Regulatory Projects- Successfully led onshore and offshore development efforts for updates to 6 internal applications and one vendor application for compliance with regulatory guidelines provided by the government under the industry wide programs for RESPA and HOEPA. These projects were high paced and time sensitive and challenging in terms of volatile requirements. Show less Managed the onshore and off-Shore development of web applications at Citi Home Equity, including strategic projects for re-design of the Citi Home Equity website and development of Web Issue Log System (WEBIL). Key projects included-• Citi home equity Document exchange solution- Managed the delivery of Citi home equity’s B2B document exchange and order fulfillment system including on boarding 15 of Citi’s reputed vendors to the new platform. This SOAP based web service was used to fulfill title, flood, appraisal orders and closing packages. The successful implementation reduced the home equity business a headcount of close to 25 employees. • MyHomeEquity website- Managed the delivery of the website creation for Citi’s home equity business retail channel. The website in its first month of launch originated thousands of web home equity applications. Later, the website was redesigned with Web 2.0 functionality and look and feel.• Web Issue Log Tool- Designed and developed this ASP based web application which allowed logging of customer service issues and directing them to various Citi REL departments, including but not limited to funding, underwriting, CRR and Vendor Management. This tool is extensively used for solving customer issues across several departments in Citi.
