This engagement was a Fixed Price U2L migration (Unix to Linux) for Java based applications successfully delivered within agreed schedule. Worked for Project/ Service Delivery Manager for a leading e-Learning giant in US. The team was responsible for initially building the new e-Learning platform from scratch using Agile methodology. Involved coordinating with teams from multiple vendors & later successfully transitioned to manage support for the same platform. Worked as Project Manager for a Retail Banking Customer.
