      The Central District legal services authority and the West district legal services authority, the mediation centre at Tis Hazari court complex and the reputated Law Colleges of campus Law Centre and Law Centre-II of University of Delhi, initiated a project titled Samadhan with the benevolent objective of providing speedier reliefs to the senior citizen by assisting the offices of DMs and ADMs in expeditious and speedy disposal of pending eviction and maintenance matters, through mediation and conciliation between estranged family members. The project was launched as a pilot project with the collaborative efforts of Ld. Chairpersons-cum- principal District and Sessions judges of Central and West Districts, Judge incharge-mediation, Secretaries of District legal services authorities,District Administration, Mediator Advocates of District Mediation Centre and law students from the faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
