  • Receiving machine from quality control to make check list with errors and maintenance.• Coordinating between Mechanical, Electrical and Fabrication sections to solve problems.• Inspect different parts for engine before different types of maintenance.• Maintaining, modifying and testing the following equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient:1- Diesel generators: (CAT, MBH, Komatsu and Perkins).Installation, diagnostic and troubleshooting and dealing with (SIS, EST, ET)2- Gas generators: (Waukesha 7042 and 9390).3- Gas reciprocating compressors: (ARIEL).• Requesting overhaul maintenance parts for different Engines (Compressors and Generators).• Distribute weekly tasks of workshop on technicians and following up the achievements.• Planning and scheduling annual complete and top overhaul of generators.• Cooperated and supervised in doing complete and top overhaul for 50 Diesel generators (CAT (3306, 3406, 3412, 3508, and 3516), Perkins (YD51586, PK51589), Komatsu (SAA12V140) and MBH (6LTAD-M).• Cooperated in doing complete and top overhaul for 6 Gas generators (Waukesha L-7042-GSI, L-7042-GU and VHP-9390).• Reduce costs of complete and top overhauls by inspecting and measuring all parts of engine before requesting quotation.• Setting a vision of how to reduce time wasting by using “Time and motion study”.• Installing, commissioning and start-up of AMAPETCO Gas compressor (AREIL compressor with Waukesha gas engine).• Replace and realign Gas engine (Waukesha) with Gas compressor (ARIEL) at GPC (Western desert).• Commissioning and start-up of GPC gas compressor at western desert.• Installing, commissioning and start-up of gas power station consist of 2 Gas generators (Waukesha VHP 7044 GSI) synchronizing together and filtration system (Scrubber, Dryer and Gas train) at Agiba Faras.
