  “Lions and Cobras and Swans, Oh My (OM)” focuses on engaging children’s imagination and creativity. Yoga for kids is created to boost children’s self-esteem and body awareness, encourage creative thinking and positive intentions, with physical activity that is noncompetitive. Presented in a child's language, yoga helps counter the stress experienced by young people living in a hurry-up world. Learning techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment at an early age teaches kids to navigate life's challenges with a little more ease.... "JoAnn's after school yoga class was the extra curricular activity that my 6 year old looked forward to all week. He enjoyed learning new poses and positive life skills for stress reduction. He formed a close bond with his fellow yogis. JoAnn instilled a sense of community and sharing time through group story and communal snack.
