My inclination towards learning was one of the reasons I started my career with a Micro finance company which was an entirely new thing for me. It has been a great learning journey to work in various roles starting from direct sales to set up a new business division and to work in products and technology domain. They say its difficult to deal with humans than machines. But being a sociable personal, people skills has always been one of my key strengths and has always enhanced my outputs as a better person be it about sales, managing team, building relationships with the clients, working with internal stakeholders. To talk about my educational qualification, I have done MBA in marketing and operations and my graduation includes B.Tech with specialisation in computer engineering.
