      During my time as the Sr. Process Engineer at Moll Medical, I was involved in all aspects of new tool and transfer tool validations and continuous improvements dealing with the Process Engineering group. *Performed or overseen all IQ, OQ & PQ activities on all new tooling along with DOE's to assist in establishing parameters. *Revamped the validation procedure to incorporate more of a scientific molding approach to validations that focused around the 4 Plastic Variables. *Incorporated a training program based on scientific molding for the Engineering group and the manufacturing floor. *Implented multiple cavity pressure control applications utilizing RJG technology on new and existing tools.*Mentored other Process Engineers and Technicians on troubleshooting. *Established a Mold Evaluation Workbook for new tool validation that systematically went thru the validation process to ensure the most robust process was established. *Ensured that all pertaining documentation for the Device Master Records and manufacturing mold books were in place. *Worked with a broad range of materials from PET, PETG, PC, ABS, Delrin, PP, PE, Noryl, Santoprene, ect. *Validated numerous secondary operations including RF Welding, Sonic Welding, Pad Printing, Hot Stamping & Catheter Tipping machines. *Processed on various molding machines including, Van Dorn, Milacron, Husky, Arburg and Toshiba Electric. *Worked with various auxiliary equipment including Matsui and Whitlock dryers; Advantage, Sterlco and Conair thermolators; Star, Wittman Ranger and Yushin Robots; MSI, DME and Husky heat controllers. *Assisted the Tooling Engineer in new tool design and engineering changes to existing tooling. *Assisted the Maintenance Manager with implementing a machine testing program based on scientific methods.*Was involved with numerous continuous improvement teams focused on scrap reduction, Root Cause Analysis or efforts to increase OEE.
