My successes: ✓ Grew employee numbers from 60 to 400 staff and breeding herd livestock from 50 to 250 head on a 250ha farm ✓ Exported up to 9 tonnes of fresh produce weekly in the peak season and consulted with 20 small-scale farmers from seed to sales of peas, baby corn and fine beans✓ Accredited under BRC, EurepGAP and PIP, but closed in 2004 due to Land Reform in Zimbabwe Show less
