  I lead and ensure implementation of contracts in consistence with the design, costs and timing defined for large corporate customers of Public Sector.I'm responsible for the E2E implementation of complex solutions (Connectivity, LAN infrastructure, Security, VOIP, VDS, etc.) for customers of Public Sector, from contract signature to service bill, ensuring consistency with Quality, Timing and Cost.I provide a leadership to the overall project team and partnering role with Customer and partners involved, identifing project risks and anticipating course of action to proactively manage and mitigate them.
