  I am responsible for the execution of all Asset Protection programs for Home Depot distribution centers in the Northern US region. I am responsible for providing strategic direction as well as developing and implementing strategic plans in the areas of safety, security, shrink and theft/fraud. I handle multiple projects while gaining the partnership of the Senior Director / Regional Leadership team. This includes sales, profitability, shrink, operations and safety. They are responsible for teaching, coaching, and training leadership and associates in their district regarding the implementation of these initiatives without adding complexity to the store’s operation. They must be able to handle multiple projects and gain the partnership of District Management, including the store Operations Assistant Manager, to achieve goals. They must also remain focused on managing and addressing all District-specific business objectives, while supporting key AP and Operational responsibilities. Show less Responsible for ensuring that all Asset Protection and Safety Programs within The Home Depot Supply Chain is fully implemented.Initiate investigation (internal and/or external) based on a review of the Key Performance Indicators and related scorecard data and other indicators that are present. Conduct monthly audit regimen that provides insight into shrink risk, overall safety compliance and regulatory compliance. Development of a dynamic game plans that will correct or mitigate exposures identified within the scope of the audit. Maintain compliance with all Supply Chain security measures that will include but not be limited to a seal compliance and testing program, maintaining a strong physical security presence, all electronic security systems are in good working order at all times. Conduct safety training and general AP topic related training each month with all associates.Oversee and insure the integrity of the inventory accuracy auditing program within their assigned facility. Complete and participate in all safety incident investigations so as to drive accountability and develop, if needed, new processes that prevent safety incidents from occurring.
