      Activities and Societies: I was the champion for this program. I was the liaison between the University and the rest of the students in the cohort. I made sure that the classroom was always organized, and that information was sent to students to remind them of due dates etc. This MBA program is a cohort between Bellevue University and First Data. We were the third class to go through the program. It has been designed by Bellevue and First Data with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership. The cohort met every Tuesday night on the First Data campus. If we had two classes during a term, then they alternated each week, with the off week being online. Our final term ended on Nov. 19, 2016.

The team assisted with crisis management and training when the call volume went from an expected 600 calls to 6000 calls per week. I was a curriculum writer and training facilitator on the team.
