  Within One Digital organization I am currently responsible for DMS Integration and Digital Products in EME , NA , SA and APA Region. One of the main activity for which I am responsible for is the definition of a Global Roadmap for the Dealer Integration which must be aligned with the global objectives of the Company. Once the Roadmap has been defined I am also responsible for the definition of clear milestone and deliverables to monitor the delivery of the different projects Responsible for recognizing areas of improvement within the company. The main activity was related to the review of new and existing processes, resources and systems and make/propose the changes where necessary. I was also responsible for company processes’ review in order to lead the transition to the SAP Program Responsible to develop retail price lists for Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Laverda brands according the market development, price positioning and to the seasonality of the business. I am also responsible for developing Net Sales definitions by model and market to secure gross profit growth and market share developments.
