  The Practice Operations Float can work in either the front or back office setting of any HealthCare Enterprises (HCE) practice and performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, gathering patient information, registering and scheduling patients, taking patient vital signs, administering immunizations, and performing phlebotomy. While working in the back office, the Practice Operations Float works in collaboration with and under the clinical direction of the physician or provider.
