  As an Assistant Property Manager for Sudler Property Management, I earned my CMCA certification, assisted the Property Manager with several building projects, and took ownership of several projects that have aided in both personal and professional development. My regular tasks and responsibilities included interacting with residents one on one, as well as working closely with the manager and building staff in order to ensure the building is running as efficiently as possible. I regularly worked directly with the Associations vendors and acted as a liaison between vendors and the building residents.
