  I managed more than 45 employees and more than 10 buildings for Janitorial. Making sure we were staffed for cleaning and that all employees were trained. Also I managed repairs and construction on more than 30 buildings all over the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I also worked some with AutoCad and meeting the City for permits. Meeting with clients and vendors to complete jobs and negotiate better pricing on products for our clients.

  Lead Maintenance Technician

  I take care of a building with over 400 team members. I do what it takes to keep the building in working order and looking good. Most of the maintenance on the building I do myself, and if necessary then I will help manage our vendors to complete a job. I do repairs on plumbing, electrical, drywall, badge readers, gate security controls, and many other items. I also help with meeting our security men for updates and create badges for our team members through a software called WinPak. I search for the best deals on parts and supplies to save us money so that we can make our budget. And I have been working on bringing our facilities department into new technologies with the IPad and IPhone. I have utilized many apps including but not limited to iAuditor, PDF Expert, and a few others. Show less
