  • Lead a team of 6 members of network engineers supporting close to 40 customers.• Manage Work / issue ticket assignment to the team.• 1st level escalation point for the team.• Customer interactions and management.• ISP relationship management.• Co-ordination with Field team for fault rectification.• Co-ordination with different NOC functions for smooth operation of Network.• Opening the tickets for alarms and follow-up with concerned team till closure.• Performing and ensuring the preventive maintenance, change management and different NOC processes.• Customer fault management and providing RCA/RFO to customer.• Raising Tickets to regional and national ISPs (Airtel and TTSL) for Technical queries and QOS.• Assist customers through direct calls and e-mails in troubleshooting hardware issues of cisco , dlink routers.• Tracing the IPs depends on bandwidth utilization• Responsible for L1/L2 activities• Network monitoring using WhatsUp Gold Network monitoring tool • Network Monitoring and link speed testing.• Conduct inspections regularly on network performance• To identify the bottle neck issues with data traffic and coordinate with backend isps (Airtel,Reliance, TTSL,TTBN,Hathway) Show less
