      I over saw the reception and bar and weddings running everyday functions and making sure that all shifts ran smoothly. I dealt withmany different clientel and making sure that they received the best customer service.My job role was to:• Supervise colleagues within the food and beverage departments, participating in the delivery of excellent customer service, Delivery of service standards, staff motivation and efficient running of the food and Beverage Department.• To assist in departmental induction, training and motivation of staff• Maintain a constant awareness of security especially relating to stock, cash, equipment• Ensure all department procedures are fully adhered to.
