I was challenged with the task of accommodating over two thousand daily Guests with the signature Disney service.Within my first month I was approached to become a General Teller, which I accepted enthusiastically. Being a General Teller for Tony's Town Square Restaurant was an amazing experience because of the sheer volume of Guests we handled on a daily basis. I was able to learn about revenue reports, and how to efficiently operate our POS.Ensuring Guest satisfaction was an extremely important aspect of my job. I helped check guests in for their reservations and accommodated same-day booking when available. I helped keep the restaurant running smoothly when I was updating our Assigner. This experience made me realize how deeply I want to work for a company where its Guests are the number one priority. Show less
