  Technical Services Manager – Healthcare Products Division (1993 – 1998)● Managed technical programs for the Healthcare Division including: new product development, validation, technical sales training, and technical field inquiries. ● Conducted technical sales training and responded to all technical field inquiries for 190 Respiratory Therapy dealer sales representatives in the US, Canada, and Europe. ● Managed FDA mandated product/process validation programs including Installation Qualifications (IQ), Operational Qualifications (OQ), and Performance Qualifications (PQ) for injection molding machines, automatic medical device assembly machines and packaging equipment.Assembly Operations Manager (1989 – 1993) Recruited to complete the product development of the new Nebulizer System that had been stalled for two years. Successful completion led to the appointment as charter manager of the department organized to manufacture and package the nebulizer and other disposable medical devices. ● Completed the development of the Nebulizer System resolving injection molding, methods of assembly, medical electronics, packaging, and documentation issues within seven months.● Increased disposable medical device production from 500,000 units to 4.5 million units/year to keep pace with successful sales penetration into a mature hospital market segment.
