      • Participation in the construction of a new factory in 2009, greenfield project, being the main person responsible for the installation of machinery and equipment and the hiring of employees.• Production increase from 800 to 4,500 tons per month in 8 years, reduction in the scrap rate from 8% to 3% and labor from 100 to 48, resulting in a productivity increase of 69%.• Reduction in the return rate for non-conforming products’ quality indicators from 5% to nearly zero.• With the maintenance rate, we were able to increase the machine hours available from 68% to 87%.• In purchase rate, we were able to align, throughout the year, purchases of supplies and eliminate urgent purchases.
