  As a Scrum Master, I currently take care of two teams developing tests and sw in a complex environment, determined by changing in market requirements and by dynamics inside the organization, to let them cope with these challenging issues through the comprehension and the application of Agile and Scrum principles, values and related practices.In particular, I’m used to stressing the need of treasure feedbacks, coming from customers, stakeholders or teammates, to capture the essence of good inspection and adaptation, and to thrive towards better evolution, both personal and of the company. Show less Due to a resolute push from management coming to innovate the company products portfolio, evolving to Cloud paradigms and NFV architecture, I cooperate with line-managers suggesting improvement actions to model new teams in a cross-functional way, paying particular attention to personalities mix in groups. I strongly support new teams in the workflow, hinged upon the Continuous Integration tests framework, to achieve high quality standards and to enable evolution to DevOps. A powerful infrastructure running automated tests, structured in chained levels, including unit, component, integration and product tests is strengthened to be the distinctive element of the sw “production” process.
