I also had to follow up with the customers and ensure their satisfaction.One of the skills that I improved at Agness Contracting Group was communication. I learned how to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively. I learned how to use different techniques and strategies to capture the attention and interest of the customers, and to overcome their objections. I also learned how to listen actively and empathetically, and to adapt my approach to different situations and personalities.I enjoyed working as a telemarketer at Agnes Contracting Group, because it gave me the opportunity to learn and grow.
