Refurbish, Upgrade & Expand heritage buildings into a museum & reception. Construct ten up market private hunting lodges (Plot & Plan). Re-build a burnt out thatch lodge (Walls and ring beam are still structurally sound). Lodges vary from 8 guests to 22 guests, each self-sustained (catering, kitchen, bar, library, business centre, wine cellar, curio shop, spa, jacuzzi, pool, gym, laundry). Plan & re-design all the services & utilities. All the lodges were poorly designed with no consideration or allowance for hospitality and 5-star requirements.
