This included setting the technical direction for the team and company, defining the technologies and frameworks we use, architecture, design principles, and engineering best practices and processes for product development. My goal was to build a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, but also accountability. To promote this, I frequently organized hackathons and software engineering-related events, created an internal engineering newsletter, and led R&D efforts on new technologies and tools.   I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and scaling. My key focus was developing the product roadmap, defining delivery milestones, and driving growth. Found myself always bridging the gap between product design, engineering solutions, and functional requirements while trying to ensure alignment between business objectives, market demands, and user needs.
