Worked in HR function for PCMM certification and also helped in defining prcesses and metrics relevant for Talent Planning, Employee Relations and BusinessHR units. Worked with a Financial data reporting company's offshore unit and helped in establishing quality management system, deploying eSCM v2.0 SP and driving improvement projects.
