This included:• Designing an interface for selling additional services at checkout (insurance, baggage, flight notifications);• Creating new email templates for better order status updates;• Developing a convenient feature for saving and selecting payment cards;• Designing a price calendar to simplify ticket searches by date;• Optimizing the order page by adding options for purchasing additional services, which increased the average order value.
