      Four Units of CPE Pastoral Care & Counseling

      I successfully completed 1,600 clincal hours (4 units) of (ACPE) clinical pastoral edcation. This is a rigorous training required for board certification of clinical chaplains/pastors. The pegadogy includes an integration of theology with psychologcal theories, cultural anthropology, and ethics. Each unit comprises 400 hours (100 didactics and 300 clinical). The tools for learning is measured by verbatim reports, case studies, learning covenants, and family system and genogram methods.
