      Mr. Morrill oversaw the total operation of the high school campus as the instructional leader, with 1800+ students, 125+ teachers, and over 35 student nutrition workers, custodial, clerical staff, and para-professional staff. Upon Mr. Morrill's arrival, Chamberlain High School had obtained an overall school grade of "D"​, as determined by the Florida Department of Education. In just 2 years under his leadership, the school grade rose to a C the following year, and then obtained an "A"​ during the 2011-12 school year for the first time in the school's history since the inception of the FCAT in 1999. Mr. Morrill credits his leadership team, department leaders, on-site academic coaches, teachers, and most importantly, his students for their academic achievements in meeting high academic standards.
