  START ( Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Team) works with families with children under the age of 5 and parents who have substance issues. Families work on gaining sobriety with treatment targeted to their needs while trying to keep as much family contact as possible. Participates in development of comprehensive Services for START clients in collaboration with Northkey substance abuse clinicians and DCBS case staff. Engage clients in trusting collaborative relationships, and ensure care coordination pursuant to client service plans and in collaboration with START service providers. Provide individualized services assisting clients in maintaining sobriety and self-sufficiency.
