  While at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), I was responsible for establishing and managing the agency's first Project Management Office. During my tenure at the OCC, I also established and revolutionized the governance processes for Information Technology that unified the organization to function as a single driving technology service provider. I established the first IT Strategic Plan which aligned with the strategic direction of the organization. Reduced the data center footprint and reduced application costs my leveraging cloud infrastructure to serve several departments. I was responsible for implementing a cost accounting model that enabled the organization to plan and track capital and operational investments more efficiently.
