This was completed within the allocated time and within the allocated budget constraints.

  - Principal support of Backup and Recovery Strategies, including flashback, to Oracle customers globally on all operating systems including Linux and Windows platforms, with additional responsibility for diagnosis and prompt resolution of intricate data corruption issues. - Support is now offered via multi-channel environments including traditional telephony, email, instant messaging, worldwide conference bridge calls and WebEx/screen sharing sessions. Commonly these involve highly escalated customer business critical issues which if not resolved in a precise and efficient manner may have profound revenue impacts for that particular customer. - Subject matter expert and primary contact for EMEA region for Backup & Recovery issues on Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c- Mentor to new starters of the team providing both practical and technical assistance- Create and configure complete test scenarios in order to demonstrate and present to Oracle Development for the purpose of bug resolution- Create knowledge base articles to assist with allowing customers to perform self-diagnosis.- Increasingly provide assistance to all other Oracle Lines of Business such as Public Cloud, Managed Cloud and ACS for backup and recovery events as well as successfully liaising with many other teams within the Global Support organization.
