      John served as the Director of Clinical Services for Ruth & Naomi's Mission providing leadership to 16 addiction treatment staff and medical clinic personnel. In addition, John served as a community chaplain providing spiritual care to the people who access the broader services of the Mission. John facilitates and trains volunteers who serve as mentors and care givers to walk alongside distressed individuals and families who live in the downtown Chilliwack community.John was also a Relapse Prevention Specialist and lead his residential treatment team utilizing the Genesis Process addiction and life-coaching model that is one of the most successful tools for preventing relapse and creating life-lasting change.John, as of July 2022, continues to provide contract support services for the 90 employees of Ruth & Naomi's Mission.
