Used a sound understanding of various business processes combined with SQL and DB2 skills to produce quality reporting used by operations, management, and business partners. This required the provision of education of both the business information and technical skills whilst remaining fully operational and delivering country requirements. Role developed to support the wider European level covering invoicing and accounts receivable processes. This required the ability to understand subtle differences within similar country processes and to investigation how that was reflected within the data warehouses.
