  I worked as a business analyst in order to define business needs to the pension insurances related systems. The most significant project I worked was renewing the whole Eläke-Tapiola pension insurance system.

  Enabling the Agile Transformation by helping people to release their inner awesomeness. As development manager and epic owner I was responsible for driving and analyzing individual epics from identification to implementation. Lately I have been working as a business epic owner at the large GDPR program at the OP group. Before that I worked with the different epics in order to improve our digital services (op.fi) for our corporate customers. As a requirement analyst my main responsibility was to analyze features focused on renewing our digital services to our corporate customers (both banking and insurance customers). We launched and started piloting Scaled Agile Framework in our group 2014 and I have been working at the first release train ever launched at the OP group. Through this experience I have been also coaching other train members how to get started with SAFe practices.
