  Focal point for MEAL activities of the education department for projects funded by UNICEF, AICS, EU, Education Cannot Wait etc. • Led the process of design, data collection plan and analysis of two final evaluations, one research study and one rapid needs assessment targeting over 6k beneficiaries employing qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. • Supervised MEAL staff and over 10 volunteers for data collections and data entry of over 5k beneficiary into donor platforms under tight deadlines. • Created the MEAL strategy for education department, setting outputs and outcomes for the creation of enhanced M&E systems adapted to COVID-19 context.
