  I support children between 4-14 with their English and Maths, as well as run weekly 11+ sessions. In the centre, I would be tutoring children on a 1:6 ratio, but with online sessions it has been 1:1. With each session, I feedback to the parents with how their child has been doing, any improvements that they have made, and recommend next steps for them to take to continue their learning outside of our sessions.

  Part of Bright Network's Internship Experience UK: On DemandThe task was to help Enterprise Car Club identify a new city for them to expand their service in. To compare the different cities, I used the SWOT analysis framework to identify each cities' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Next, I had to create a marketing plan that included three SMART marketing objectives to monitor success. It also included an outline of my chosen marketing tactics, which consisted of both digital and physical tactics, against a £50,000 budget.Finally, I had to summarise my findings and conclusions in a presentation, with a plan of the recommended next steps for a successful launch.   Work Experience

  During my 2 weeks of work experience, I learnt how to write up attendance notes, preparation notes of witness statements, and a proof of evidence. These all allowed me to develop my written communication skills especially when writing up documents for other people to use and refer back to. It also helped my skills in writing more concisely.

  As part of the checkout department, I serve customers at the tills, engaging well with them, as well as handling cash and card payments. I also help out customers in the self service area, taking care of any issues and conducting service checks with the Tesco's Scan as you Shop system.

  I was part of the furniture and patio department, where I helped customers with their needs and wants, and I put through a high number of sales. Moreover, I assisted in the checkout department, engaging well with customers and ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. Also, I was able to enhance my visual merchandising skills when setting up the shop floor.
