      Key accountabilities: *Build and maintain rapport quickly with clients, staff members and external agencies; such as training providers.*Providing financial assistance and employment services with professionalism* Have worked in the General Case Management team and most recently I have started working with Work Focused Case Management.* I have taken the opportunity to work with the reception team and also helped with WIP.*Working with clients to improve their interview skills, CV’s and be able to confidently update them on the local labor market.*Taking applications for financial assistance; for both main benefit applications and hardship assistance.*Confidently able to communicate with clients and staff members effectively using written and verbal communication.* Assist new staff members as a mentor to help with the administration and processing.
