  Undergone hands on training for a probation period of 8 months, I got an industrial exposure in following departments, 1. Maintenance – In maintenance department we prepared weekly maintenance check, quarterly maintenance check and annual maintenance check of production machines like – Slotting machine, radial drilling machine, vertical turret lathe. And also, regular maintenance checks on EB yard, Effluent treatment plant. 2. Quality- PPAP, checking part product dimension with Faro gauge.3. Assembling & Testing – After quality check we assemble every part and conduct various test process to produce quality machine to users by, doing test for motor portion by Advanced winding analyzer, Vibration test, ultrasonic test, Pressure test, Speed test, testing flow rate.4. Service & Packing- We get repair motors from our valuable clients and I have hands on experience in servicing the pump with proper guidance. After servicing and testing the pump properly, we repack the serviced pump and out for delivery. Show less
