Very challenging high pace environment, new technology and software stack, tool's promotion activities. Will always going to be in my best-of-all-times projects list. Liked very much both the area and the team. Only one caveat - too easy for manager so one starts losing the edge. Activities scope included: - Definition, negotiation and execution of plans in the area of product verification and validation- Setting test development and validation process in the team (used Scrum as the main framework)- Staffing, motivation and professional evolution of the teamAchieved good team results and predictability in all deliverables. [Personal note] Not easy project that required execution of difficult staff decisions as well as significant personal investment to make the project machinery start working as a clock and secure customer satisfaction. Still, received experience was worth it. Show less
