Opened new 250,000 SF Corporate Headquarters. Developed electrical and mechanical design standards used world-wide. Significant contributor to the Menlo Park Campus project team. Moved the first 500 people into this campus. Inventor of the “Smart Office” concept which saved over $1M per year in utilities. Spearheaded the execution of a 5 year master plan with the goal to optimize the portfolio by divesting of excess space (11 bldgs, 1M SF) and transform the campus into Cisco’s workplace of the future. Key deliverables included the renovation of 9 buildings, the addition of 1500 parking spaces and refresh of all remaining buildings on the campus. This was a $200M+ effort with an estimated $16M annualized savings. Other duties included managing a team of site managers who are business partners to the Client occupants of the campus. Show less

From 155,000 Sq-Ft to just about 100,000Reduced global vacancy rate from 53% to 26% by cutting number of vacant seats from 525 to 175.We served over 100,000 meals and who knows how many tons of snacks.Obtained over $1M in construction reimbursements from our landlordsForecasted almost 100K in deferred rent during 2015 and up to 850K annually in future years.
