  As a Shift Supervisor I used to direct work on the floor. Help run shifts, lead the store team and make decisions that impact store operations. The Role was a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility. I also helped create great experiences for partners and customers alike. Overall being a supervisor at Starbucks really benefited me on so many levels and was a great way to start building my skill set for later on in life.

  Par Foods is a family run business that has been exporting food all over the world from Bermuda, Cyprus, Malta and Nigeria for over 28 years. Alongside offering a great range of products, we aim to provide excellent customer service and the complete export solution for our customers abroad. Some propositions that differentiate us from other food exporters include: • Ability to load air and sea containers of mixed product at our premises and deliver to ports for onward distribution. • Very competitive pricing - We deal directly with the majority of our suppliers and also evaluate the most cost effective transport methods, depending on the type and amount of product being exported. This leads to very affordable products once they have landed in destination country.• There is no order too big or too small and we will endeavour to source additional products to the ones that we already stock. As an Operations manager at Par Foods I am given the role of which involves overseeing the production of goods effectively and working out a strategy for improving if necessary. Its My responsibility to make sure every aspect of operation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers. Show less
