  During my internship I was able to do the following tasks:• I attended the villas site meetings with the engineers, architects and principal contractor.• I attended office progress meeting- Discussions on the construction program and subcontractor’s appointment dates.• He conducted daily site visits and then prepared daily photo reports on the progress and issues of villas project.• I did Inspections of the ridge project and prepared a health and safety report on the site conditions and issues of concern.• I prepared RFI files for the villas project.• I investigated the subcontractor’s warranties- when to be handed over to the client and the period of warranties as listed on the subcontractor’s appointment schedule.• I attended Mace virtual induction program – it was a worldwide Mace meeting that covered the principals and code of conduct of being a mace employee, Mace community participation, goals and achievements.• I was able to follow up with the architect to make sure that the electrical and plumbing subcontractors are working according to the schedule and chasing the walls following the architect’s drawings.• I received updated drawings from the architect and neatly organized the updated office drawings folder.• I did daily Office administration work- learnt new Microsoft excel, word and power point trick, how to set up online printing, updating office weather forecast sheet every week, how to conduct yourself during busy office hours Show less
