We provide pre rigging teams, cable pulling teams and a cable testing team to ensure that the cables are installed and handed over to the next team within the project. I oversee all the day to day man management, planning, and running of the current project to ensure that the client gets exactly what they ask for. Added to this is the Crew Transfer Vessel which is my job to manifest and ensure that it is kept running as per the contract.Gwynt y Mor Nov 13 - Apr 14.Worked in North Wales as an Operations Manager for CWind Ltd on the Generator refuelling of the Gwynt y Mor wind farm. This is currently for 102 turbines although this will increase over time. Providing teams of personnel to support the servicing contract along with the teams of personnel to carry out the refuelling. Oversee the day to day man management, planning, and running of the current project as well as looking forward to planning other future projects.West Of Duddon Sands (WODS) Sep13 - Nov 13Worked on the West Of Duddon Sands site in Barrow in Furness on the foundations project as an Operations Manager for CWind Ltd. Working for the client Offshore Wind force (OWF) we were responsible for completing the secondary works on the foundations of the wind turbines which included painting, taking the levelling bolts out of the plates and the use of hydraulic equipment.
