  Successfully designed, developed and implemented multiple audits to investigate the current food service system at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) with the aim of improving the food service system to improve the sustainability. The project highlighted areas within the existing system for change and gave nine feasible and targeted recommendations and strategies to work towards meeting the East Metro Health Service goal of Net Zero Emissions by 2050.RPH is within the process of hiring a food service dietitian to implement these recommendations.
