  Joined Ineda as the Founding Product Designer, tasked with building the design foundation for a new online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Played a key role in shaping the platform's design and growth over the past six years, contributing significantly to both product strategy and execution.Early Platform Development: Focused on designing and iterating on core user flows and interactions, collaborating closely with engineering to build and test the platform's foundation. Key achievements included establishing the design system, creating a consistent user experience across initial features, and conducting early user research to validate design decisions and gather feedback.Design & Product Management: Spearheaded the design and development of the "Make an Offer" feature, working closely with the founder and product team to refine the negotiation model and ensure its alignment with the overall product vision. This involved extensive user research, prototyping, and A/B testing to optimize the user experience and ensure a fair and transparent negotiation process.Seller Dashboard and Tools: Led the design and development of a comprehensive suite of seller tools, including the seller dashboard, inventory management system, and order fulfillment tools.
