Design secrecy and costOnly aspects in textiles manufacturing cost and design are doing additional work, trimming and ironing in house which saves yearly 60000 rupees. It’s give better supervision, control over delay time, not involve on transfer frequently goods for doing these process and able to save design to leak into the market.2. Unutilized SpaceRadhe Creation was occurred fixed cost of 30% of the overall rent expense which is approx. 12000 to 16000 rupees after given on rent it will reduce the 17400 rupees in overall cost on rent expense.3. Inventory MaintenanceWe used for inventory management NCH company’s Inventoria Stock Manager software which is freeware software which is used for receiving and issuing inventory materials including the supplier and issuer details along with the materials required description in it. So we start the inventory record keeping from the august month. We identify 80% of their manufacturing materials which are very crucially for manufacturing so they are never run into problem shortage of supply.> Conclusion <Radhe Creation’s majorly facing three problems which are design secrecy and costing, unutilized space and inventory maintenance. Among other problem these are the major one so as discussed with the business owners we gave them solutions which are viable and measurable. After successfully implementing the solutions of these problems are significantly improvised like design secrecy now maintained because in-house threads trimming setup, additional work and ironing, unutilized space has given on rent which directly reduces the overall cost of the production and inventory system now maintained which is helpful for the order of materials as per the current stock level.
